Big Meats Sam, aka The Big CarneAsada, is a lifelong big eater and an accomplished home chef. Some of his favorite dishes to make are pernil (Puerto Rican-style pork shoulder), a perfectly rare roast beef, and pork barbecued with Korean-style pear and onion marinade.
