Big Meats Sam, aka The Big CarneAsada, is a lifelong big eater and an accomplished home chef. Some of his favorite dishes to make are pernil (Puerto Rican-style pork shoulder), a perfectly rare roast beef, and pork barbecued with Korean-style pear and onion marinade.

ReplyDeleteI feel a little insecure about my eating lately. I've never been friends with anyone who can eat like you. My sister dates this guy who played for the Rams for a couple years. Typical "I'm a football player. I can really put it away" shtick. He was a little over the hill and could pretty much hang with this guy. You just kick my ass and don't even seem like you are breaking a sweat. I am a pretty big eater. You really should try competing.
